The design goal of this machine is to carry out the production process of manual loading, automatic waterproof plug insertion, automatic peeling, and automatic riveting according to customer requirements, so as to achieve continuous, efficient, and high-quality semi-automatic production of products.

Features:

1. Stripping length can be flexibly adjusted according to customer needs.

2.The depth of waterproof plug insertion can be conveniently adjusted according to the length of glue left between the stripping mouth and the waterproof plug.

3.The end glue depth can also be conveniently adjusted according to the top line position.

4.The terminal machine is driven by a servo motor, high-speed stamping, and can also be highly silent.

5.The front and rear slides of the wire clamp are driven by a servo motor and a lead screw drive to ensure accurate stripping length.

6.The cutter is driven by a servo motor and a lead screw drive. The opening can be adjusted by touch screen settings.

7.The waterproof plug feeding structure uses a vibrator for material discharge and a pin for material feeding (equipped with a waterproof plug material detection device.

8.The wire head positioning is equipped with a contact sensing device.

9.The product production cycle is 2.5~3S/PCS (excluding loading time). If calculated as 10 hours a day, 3600 seconds*10 hours/(2.5~3)≈12000~14400PCS/day.

10.Operator: 1 person is mainly used for loading and monitoring operation, and the machine operating height is about 920 mm.

11.All parts are blackened and hard chrome plated. The frame and sheet metal are made of cold rolled plate with paint and stainless steel wire drawing. The mechanical part is equipped with a safety cover.

12.The noise is below 75dB.

13.A color touch screen and motion controller are used.
