Introduction:
The brush-cut braiding machine is an automated machine that breaks up the shielded braided layer of shielded cables (data cables) (3.0-9mm in diameter) and cuts them by length. The machine adopts a pneumatic-electric working principle. The shielding layer is first splitting by a brush, then turned over, and then cut with a shear knife. The shortest length after the braiding is split 3mm. Common braiding and turning over can retain 3mm, 5mm, 6mm, and 8mm. The split braiding is a customized metal brush with a service life of more than half a year. It can be brushed forward and backward and the speed can be adjusted. The machine uses imported steel knives to ensure the shearing effect. It is controlled by a digital high-definition touch screen, has its own protection, is simple and safe to operate, and is controlled by a foot-operated switch. For the cut waste, it has a special collection box to avoid waste splashing. It is environmentally friendly and clean, and the whole machine has low noise. It is suitable for mobile phone fast charging data cables, shielded network cables, and signal transmission shielded cables.
