Machine Setup and Operation:
1.Connect Components: Connect the air source, plug in the power cord, and attach the foot switch.
1.2Mold Adjustment:
Align the upper, lower, left, right, front, and back positions of the mold with the welding needle.
Turn on the power. On the display screen, select “clamp mold”. Adjust the lifting and lowering of the welding gun to align with the mold hole. Ensure the mold is properly adjusted.
1.3Current Adjustment & Test:
Adjust the welding current to a suitable setting. Manually test the welding current.
2.Welding Process: Place the thermocouple wire onto the jig (fixture). Activate a welding cycle by pressing the foot switch. One complete welding operation will be performed.
3. Applicable Welding Products:
Armored thermocouple core wires: Single, dual, and multi-point, multi-group armored thermocouple welding.
Spherical tips for thermocouple measuring points, resulting in bright, high-quality measuring points.
4. Operator Requirements:
No professional technical skills are required once the mold is debugged; regular operators can perform the work.
