Automatic Heavy-Duty Wire Spool Uncoiler
This large mobile lifting servo pay-off / unwinding stand is specially designed for shaft-mounted reels (axial mounting only) with shaft diameter 400–800 mm and shaft width 500 mm. Below are its key characteristics:
- Heavy-duty roller-type automatic pay-off stand: when installing the reel, you just place the reel between two rollers; then the pay-off machine can be moved like a trolley and lift the reel via its lifting motor — no manual handling of heavy reels required, simplifying reel installation and replacement.
- Servo motor drive for reel rotation: ensures precise control of pay-off.
- Automatic speed adjustment based on pulley height: the higher the guiding pulley position, the faster the pay-off speed (so that tension / feed balance can be maintained).
- Forward/reverse switching function: so the reel orientation doesn’t need to be considered when mounting (i.e. no front/back limitation), making installation easier.
